Hello friends. I was invited to the 8th Annual Z Labs Family Reunion this year, and I unfortunately don't have the money to go. It's been a rough year financially so far, and I recently took a different job that pays less money than my last one. I was in the fiber optic industry, and carrying extension ladders all day everyday was destroying my body. Not to mention the other mental and physical stresses that the job entailed.

I'm hoping to raise enough money to pay for the trip to Michigan by selling some seeds. I recently made a peace with Strainly over the fee system they implemented last year, and they gave me a free month of premium membership. I've sold nothing there unfortunately. Seems like a real waste of time.

I mentioned something in my thread here about hoping to go to Michigan in a couple of weeks, and my good friend @Rozgreenburn suggested that I make this post. He also donated to the cause, which was great of him.

If you're interested in in making a donation to the cause, I'd be happy to send you some fire genetics. I can send whomever is interested a detailed seed list, but off the top of my head I have the following available:

Purple Urple - Said to be a pre Urkle line. Grew kind of Deep Chunkish in veg, and stretched in flower. Seems to be some kind of old heirloom line of some sort. Limited numbers available.

I think it's safe to say, @Ohwolfie has some sweet beans, worthy of a bit of your grow space. I've enjoyed some already, and waiting for more!
I'll be soaking some Huckleberry Kush F3's in a week or two.
I grew his MOB x Blue Magoo while I was pretty unhealthy, and while all strains fared less than well, but this strain powered through my neglect better than most of the rest! She gets dense too!

Yeah, it was made by TRH (The Real Hash) with Mean Gene from Mendocino's permission. TRH was doing a big seed increase for him of the GSS, and he was given permission to hit some of his own cuts, and then subsequently release them. I grew the F1 in 2021, and open pollinated the whole pack.

Smells depend on what phenotype that you get. The tall plants are BLR dominant, and can smell like everything from lime peels, to burnt rubber, to just straight funk. The Grape Soda Skunk phenotypes are short, and they can smell like chocolate, grape soda (with an effervescent sort of thing) and burnt rubber. Some plants are a blend of both.

I've done a little bit of breeding with this hybrid over the last couple of years, and have found some really cool stuff.
 
I regretfully can say that we mostly likely aren't going to Saginaw or to @Bad Dawg Z Labs Reunion this year. I'd really like to go, but I've not sold many packs of seeds. I'm about $700 away from having enough money to go. I'd have to call into work and leave next Friday because it's a 6 or so hour drive. So I'd need to make up for money lost.

Thanks to the couple of generous people who bought packs, but right now the chances of going don't look good. Hopefully next year we can go again.

I'd encourage some of you to give our man a try. I've ran 4 of his creations, and was happy with all. Priced nicely too, you'll get treated nicely.

When do you need the money by? I get paid Friday and could contribute a bit if it helps.

I'd be happy to stay in a tent, but my wife wants a hotel room. Lol. Plus I'm bringing my dog, because I can get my dad to babysit him. They are going somewhere best weekend and won't be home.
 
Well, I didn't earn enough money to fund the trip, but I just charged a room on my credit card anyway. Hopefully I'll be able to raise enough to pay the bill off. @finedakine Sorry I didn't send you the pics you asked for yet. Been busy the last few days and it's kept slipping my mind. I don't think I took good ones of the BLR x GSS F2 last time around because I seeded them all and they weren't looking all that great. I have a few on my IG but they were pretty early in flowering.

Im not worried a bit about the pics. Buying some quality seeds to help a fellow grower get to a cool meet up in my home state is worth every penny. I'll be sending funds Friday. Hope you have a great time!
 
So I don't have any money. Long story short ive been overspending and only working part time. I hate being an adult. Just bad at it.

But I did just pack up 10 packs of 7 each (8 actually but let's say 7 to be safe) fem seeds of Bag of Oranges that I made.
It's been the most popular out of everything I've made, if I offer seeds out alot of folks have been interested in these. I was planning on giving most away except some to save for a hunt.

I'd be willing to ship them if you can find 10 people to buy them from the forum here or elsewhere, maybe at $25 a pack? Or I could send you all of em and you could ship em out. But I'm fine doing the shipping.

Their untested. But id expect them to be fine.
I can send them ground advantage tracked. 6 bucks each, should only cost me $60 to send ten. I can afford that.

Just throwing that out there, in case you can make that work or if it helps at all.
