I just dropped the 12 Tashkurgan beans in the scuffer. I'll shake 'em around for a few days, and they should swim on Sunday! This place is becoming a real beanery!!!

Total fail on those Tashkurgans . Nobody came out to play. I've been looking for a while to find these replacements. They've been out of stock, and nobody else was listing them at all!
I just ordered another pack from 'The Real Seed Co'. They will be preserved in a few Months.

Bro if you lived closer... I had two males pop from mine sadly so they got cut down. My brain isn't doing it's thing right now and I can't remember the name of the damn Coconut drink with alcohol in it right now... Is it Pina Colada ? Anyway, that's what one male smelled like this round. I've popped about 4 seeds of it total and got all males so far.

Jim doesn't seem to get online very much, but he has good stock of that if you can get ahold of him. Also, he has Cheese crosses with it!!!

Attempt #2, I got another bunch of Tashkurgan from a member a while back. They're in the scuffer, and will swim soon! I'll pop 6 and when they are up I pop the other 6. Fingers crossed, I need to redeem myself! I'll be holding back the best male clone for pollen collection if I really like this strain. Time will tell

Here's hoping they jump right out of their jackets for you Roz. A convo came up elsewhere about landrace seeds, and that got me to thinking of Landrace Warden. Did your seeds happen to originate from him ? I saw where he had beans at a seedbank called Stellar, it did not appear that there were any changes in his line-up, but still of course it's a good line-up. While I was there I also saw that Ace had quite a bit of landrace gear, at pretty good prices too.

I'm pretty certain they came from Kropduster as they were stashed in a Nintendo game case. I asked my son if he had a system to play the game on. He said it was not compatible in its present condition. There was about 5 strains totaling 75 beans!
Total stoner moment, but my son saved the day!

It would seem that Tashkurgan may be my Achille's heel. I got a total of 4 of 24 to pop. The first 2 were males. I have 2 more flowering at present. 1 Male and 1 Female, there will be no diversity but, I'm gonna bred 'em anyway. I'll send the beans back to our vault if anyone is interested.
I'll likely hold 50 beans for a potential cross, if I like what I see! Pics will be posted when there is something to see.
