I think it's CRAZY that, only like maybe a few weeks or a couple months ago, is when I learned that "local perception" also indicates phenotype! --meaning, they call "Cheese" in UK that name because THEY DON'T HAVE SKUNKS, so they have NO true perception of what a skunk smells like 🤯🤯🤯🤯 Mind fucking blown

That's true. There aren't any Skunks there naturally (a zoo might have some possible though) but in the 80s, the phenotype they found and named Cheese, was apparently said to smell like an actual locally made one. I've read differing accounts of this, with one of them saying it smelled like proper Cheddar, which in England, is only Orange colored if the Cows eat certain foods before being milked.

Oh bro I know what you mean! Blue Cheese was the very first strain I ever grew and this was my third year growing it, and even the taken late and put outside clones that were barely chest high on me including the pot filled two jars or so each.... amazing production, fairly easy to grow, and that smell..... ? thank God they're easier to grow lol. Eventually I want to do some crosses with it and experiment.
Been looking for that special blue cheese got any cutz
