Land of Stinkin'

It's a very surreal morning. We are ok but people in our area lost their lives and some got picked up by the tornado and are still missing. Everyone and I mean everyone got hit from this storm. Almost a full hour of 3-6 inch hail. We were in the basement and it felt like bowling balls were hitting our house. I'm still a little shaken. I slept all night and didn't wake up once. I'm grateful for my life today.

I started soaking 1 00 Blueberry x Capjunky and 1 Apples n Bananas s1. I'm going to be starting them on 12/12 as they were intended. Do I transplant, train and treat it like a photo or do I try and minimize stress and only use lst? Can I start in cups and transplant into a bigger pot later or start in its final pot like an auto? @Senokai

Great questions. I would not treat them differently than a regular non-auto plant. You can absolutely transfer them however you want to. How I approach nutrients in a 12/12 setup is start with grow nutes and once signs of pre/early flower start to show I will weave in bloom nutes with grow nutes. That seems to work really well for the transition.

I've got two 00 Blueberry x Cap junky in 12/12 from seed right now and from what I'm seeing they will be in the medium height range once flower kicks in. Two different phenotypes.

Apples & Bananas S1 - From what I have seen are generally 4 different phenos reported. 3/4 are generally all the same but with terp variations. One pheno which we have seen is going to be a super short pheno, very little stretch and internodal spacing and goes into flower incredibly fast (one of the reasons it stays short). That aside in my experience and other growers experience the super short pheno is incredible smoke with loud af terps too.

Here is an example of a customer report of a specific Apples & Bananas pheno they have growing right now. They took a cuts of the best pheno and are halfway through flowering them out. I will say our S1 imparted way more chonkiness as compared to the cut when I grew her out.

Great info. Thank you. This style of growing fits my setup great.

I started soaking this 00 Blueberry x Capjunky at 8:30 cst last night. It never even had time to sink.
