some do get through but it's abit of a lottery. You used to get a knock on the door if they found your package but they tend to just send you a naughty letter nowadays if it's not too many.

- That means:
Selling = illegal (serious felony)- Buying = illegal
- Possessing = illegal (can be misdemeanor or felony depending on situation)
“Decriminalized” cities (important distinction)Some cities like:
- Ann Arbor
- Detroit
- Ferndale
- Hazel Park
- Ypsilanti
- This does NOT make it legal
- There are still no licensed dispensaries or stores allowed to sell them (shrooms)
What that means in practice- You won’t find legit shops like cannabis dispensaries
- Any “store” claiming to sell real psilocybin is operating illegally
- People usually access them through private networks or growing, which still carries legal risk
One legal gray area- Spores (for microscopy) are generally legal because they don’t contain psilocybin
- But growing them into mushrooms = illegal”
