Terp Lock bags(Bezos)

oldtimes

In Bloom
I don't recall seeing these reviewed, maybe I overlooked it idk....

Purchased these on a whim, after reading various positive reviews. They were the one oz size, I haven't tried others yet.

Upon receiving them, they are not really distinctive in any way, just a thick black Ziploc looking pouch with a small window. After about a 2 week dry, flowers were broke down off stems and stalks and the bags filled to about 90%.

I was pretty nervous at first, checking on things a few times, but everything seemed to be cruising along. So I left it alone for a couple of weeks, I had a bunch of other things going on. When I came back to them I opened one randomly, it was a strain called powerzzzup, (a haze/cookies hybrid) the texture was perfect, moist and sticky but not dry. The smell of lemon jellybeans wafted up, I was very impressed, there was a very distinct lemon character to the smell which in my experience is rare. So, choosing a small spade shaped nugget, I broke it open and it was just freaking perfect. Damn where have these things been all my life?

In all ways these things are superior to jars and any other method I have used in the past, and I've looked around....SO, I had another strain in the bags for about a month, this was a Jack Herer hybrid from Brothers Grimm, same exact result; perfect dryness level, great Jack terps (terpinolene dominant) and very very sticky.

These bags were under 20$, I went ahead and ordered some more. If you've been unsure or on the fence I would highly (soaring, actually lol) recommend. They are exactly what they are said to be. I can't find a single flaw in them. After about 3 or 4 weeks I removed them from the bags and lightly vacuum sealed them. Beyond happy.

I rate them a 10 out of 10.
Home run. Get them.

Yeah I kinda figured that. My consumption is so low that I just sealed almost all of it up. Keep a little in a small jar for immediate use.

Another cool feature I didn't mention, it looks like you can vacuum seal in the terp bags, I don't know how that works out beyond a few months.

I have never vacuum sealed, but I have sealed them using my bench sealer. I found a bag over a year old once, was surprisingly still very good and my wife and daughter tore through it.

Sorry guys it appears I misspoke where I said you can vacuum seal in the pouch, that was me being really high, my bad. Deebs was right, heat sealing is easy and quick but I think vacuum sealing wouldn't work. Of course after a few heat seal/ open cycles you would be at the zipper and that would be that.
